50% red grapes (mainly Negreda) and 50% white grapes (Malvasia, Bastardo Branco, Formosa, Poilta etc.) from vines of 5 plots located in the villages of Uva, Mora and Vale de Algoso with schist and quartz soil. The grapes were trodden on foot and pressed. After a slight ‘cleaning’, the must fermented in a stainless-steel tank. 7 month stage in stainless stell tanks.
