Azal (50%) + Arinto (50%). Own vineyards from the farm conducted in certified biodynamics in Felgueiras, near Amarante, limestone soil at 400m. Pneumatic press without maceration. Fermentation with temperature control in stainless steel vats. Aging for 8 months with batonage, without added sulfites and protected with Chestnut Flower.
