Gli Eremi
A 0.5ha vineyard of an old clone of Verdicchio, planted in 1980 in a more gently sloping area exposed to the south. Harvest between mid-September and early October. Vinification in 10 to 12 litre vats and ageing on fine lees for 18 months. A wine that seeks to express the light and salt of San Michele.
