Encruzado e Arinto
Encruzado (85%) and Arinto (15%). Separate vinification by grape variety. Destemmed with a 2-day maceration and pressing, then transferred to 225-litre barrels where it ferments and the thick lees are removed through the bung. Aged for 9 months on the primary lees. The different barrels are blended in stainless steel and filled after 3 weeks without fining or filtration. Ageing in bottle for 10 months.
