Monte Pratas
White Dominó Monte Pratas 2022. Old vines with a mixture of grape varieties, including Pérola, Arinto, Rabo de Ovelha, Alicante Branco and Tamarez on granite and clay soils at an altitude of 640m, on the south-west side of the Serra de São Mamede. Direct pressing, fermentation and ageing in cement vats on the lias for 1 year. Aged in 1400 litre barrels for 1 year.
