While the yeast ferments in the vats, the winemakers celebrate the end of the harvest. In a year marked by a wet spring and high temperatures in summer, which accelerated the ripening cycle, the wines are generally less alcoholic, with moderate acidity but good overall quality. The uniqueness of each harvest distinguishes the wines from year to year, and we believe it is important to highlight the characteristics of the harvests to enrich the approach to wine in its geological, climatic and temporal complexity… ultimately, its natural complexity.
News from the Os Goliardos garage: After searching extensively for a new garage, we will remain in the same location, only changing warehouses. Campolide continues to be our stronghold. We will soon be inaugurating the new space.
