Mix of years of 2020, 2021 and 2022. Grapes from local producers, Castelão (60%), Touriga Nacional (30%) and Tinta Roriz (10%). Partial de-stemming and fermentation in concrete tanks. The press is filled with de-stemmed grapes (80%) and 20% whole bunches. Foot trodding with little and daily extraction for 8 days. Partial aging for 6 months in used barrels.
