Own vineyards in organic farming. Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Sousão and Red Cão varieties. Schistous soil, year of early maturation without being too hot. Total destemming followed by gentle crushing. Fermentation in a granite mill without temperature control. Aged in concrete vat. Not filtered or stabilised with cold.
