80% Loureiro and 20% Vinhão. Granite crushed in the vineyards on plots at around 100 to 150 metres above sea level. 100% manual destemming, by bucket into an 1100 to 1500 litre amphora, fermentation without temperature control. Malolactic fermentation in the amphora, maceration for 7 months.
