Farm located in Sant ‘Angelo in Colle in the Montalcino area, where the twin sisters Margherita and Francesca joined in 2000 to fulfill their desire to leave the confusion of Milan to live in the countryside and explore a farm that has always been a sentimental place for them because they spent their weekends there with their parents. They decided to produce wines from 4 ha grown in a natural spirit, using biological and biodynamic practices in viticulture and winemaking with the concern to intervene little to release the wines. Most are planted in Sangiovese, in a clay-limestone soil, with a little white grape varieties and Cabernet-Sauvignon. The wines of this area of Montalcino are structured and potent, but before reaching the famous Brunello di Montalcino, which ages for 4 years in large barrels, a more fluid red wine with less stage called Petitrosso is produced, like a consistent and complex Rosso di Montalcino , which is not a small Brunello but the wine that reveals well the work done in the vineyard and the digestive and rooted style that the two sisters seek.
