Arinto e Fernão-Pires
Arinto (65%) and Fernão Pires (35%). Separate vinification by grape variety. Destemmed and macerated for 2 days. Pressing and transfer to 225-litre barrels where it ferments and the thick lees are deposed by bunging. Aged for 9 months on the primary skins, then blended in stainless steel and bottled without fining or filtration, followed by 9 months in the bottle.
