Arinto e Fernão Pires
Arinto (75%) and Fernão Pires (25%). Vinification separated by grape varieties. Destemming and maceration for 3 days. Pressing and transfer to barrels for 9 months where it is then blended in stainless steel and bottled without gluing or filtration.
