Mainly Baga with Castelão, Touriga Nacional and Alfrocheiro. De-stemmed into open wooden vats and foot trodden 3 times a day where it ferments for 10 days below 26ºC. Ages in 1400 and 2400-litre foudres for 48 months. Bottled unfiltered in April 2016.
