Espumante Bruto
Cerceal (40%), Bical (40%), Pinot Noir (10%) and Chardonnay (10%). Clay-limestone soil on a hillside with south-southwest exposure. Smooth pressing, fermented and aged in stainless steel vats. 2nd bottle fermentation for 45/60 days. Bottle stage for 15 months.
