Farm located in Corgoloin, on the Cotes de Nuits next to Nuits Saint-Georges, with 14 hectares of vineyards essentially planted in Pinot Noir. Today Lisette and Damien lead the farm, perpetuating the work that her grandmother and then her mother started. The vineyard is plowed in winter and all cultivation work is manual, taking care to make the grapes as healthy as possible. Like the farm’s owners, youthful, welcoming, good vivants, the farm’s wines represent a delicate and gluttonous style, so natural that the wines flow quickly that perfectly symbolize the ability of Burgundy to transmit pure and firm wines without imposing itself. In the range of this producer we highlight its most emblematic wine Cotes de Nuits Les Chaillots, from a stony ground (Chaillots in old Burgundy means limestone) limestone that presents itself overhead and with fleshy fruit.
