Farm with only 4 ha of vineyards and 3 ha of olive groves and woods, located in Castelnuovo Berardenga, led by Giovanna Morganti with the support of Paolo, responsible for the part of the vineyard and winery, at DOC Chianti Classico. The vines are essentially Sangiovese (90%) with 10% Foglia Tonda, Colorino and Mammolo, planted in limestone soil with clay and sand. Giovanna is a person of great sensitivity, educated in the culture of wine by her father and a friend of his, Giulio Gabelli, who came to taste in the cellar when she was 5 years old, a memory that remained and made her want to perpetuate through her dedication to the vineyard. Its wines are essentially the fruit of hard and rigorous work in the vineyards that look like real Bonzaïs, pruning is so precise and clean. Picking healthy and complex grapes is your priority. Its winemaking aims to reveal without masking your daily contact with the raw material. Severe wines, with a firm and convinced structure like the people who take care of the vines, fluid and light because they are wines to drink and not just taste and spit.
