Vineyard with 30 years old at the foot of Serra da Estrela with Encruzado, Cerceal and Bical. Vinification and stage without the addition of sulphites and without the use of any oenological product. Alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Malolactic fermentation was completed. Aged in stainless steel for 10 months. Bottled in July 2021, unfiltered.
