Old vineyards from Quinta dos Cozinheiros Utopia, worked without chemicals and vinified in a natural way. Baga variety (100%), in clay-limestone soil, ideal dry year for the Vila Nova Vineyard. Fermentation in 1000 liter vats for 10 days, 50% of the batch with stalks. Aging in used barrels for 15 months.
