Vineyards located 15 miles from the Atlantic ocean, in a clay-limestone soil. Alfrocheiro and Baga from Quinta de S. Mateus and Trincadeira from Quinta de Valdazar. Grapes co-fermented and macerated / fermented with skin contact in open lagar for 10 days. Then ages for 10 months in old 300 litre barrels. Malolatic completed.
