Hegoxuri
From the Gros Maneng (55%), Petit Manseng (25%) and Petit Courbu (20%) varieties, on two separate plots, one of schist and one of sandstone, with a portion of massale selection. Fermentation and ageing in 600 litre barrels and 1200 litre vats for 10 months.
