Menina d’Uva Líquen
White wine from different plots between 40 and 60 years old on schist and quartz soils, predominantly Malvasia (70%) with other traditional varieties, such as Bastardo branco, Formosa, Poilita, among others. Foot treading and brief maceration, pressed and fermentation in stainless steel vats. 7-month ageing in fibre vats.
