
Palheto
Wine essentially made from Touriga Nacional, with just 2 hours of maceration with its own skins, and which was then macerated for a month with Fernão Pires and Arinto skins, followed by aging in used barrels for 10 months. Tinta Barroca and Syrah. 12-month aging in 1600-litre barrels.
