The wine that aims to be the most emblematic of the estate, reconciling a popular side without being banal at the same time. It’s a blend of Verdicchio and Trebbiano from three vineyards with different exposures, harvested between the end of August and the end of September. Vinified and aged in cement until it was bottled early, in the following Easter.
