António Galapito, better known by his stage name ToZé, is a real cook, who lives in the kitchen and not on social networks or Pop-up. Restless, it seems he was born in the Paleolithic era with a frying pan, a knife and embers in his hand. A great connoisseur of Portuguese culinary traditions, inspired by the Iberian brothers, he proposes a cuisine with vigour and creativity, using hand-picked seasonal products, accompanied by exclusively organic, bio-dynamic and natural wines.
Prado is a team where the collective feels harmonious, with a kitchen team in tune with the chef and with the room, transmitting good energy and willingness to let oneself be led to try the suggestions of the week.
