Caspitos Tinto Leve
Castelão grapes from Moreiras Grandes, part macerated overnight in harvest boxes, the other part comes from the grapes that remained attached to the crush removed to macerate the normal red. Everything was pressed, fermented in fibreglass and then aged in stainless steel. Bottled in June 2023 directly from the vat.
