Farm with 15 hectares of vineyards, grown 20 years ago in organic farming in the Chaintré and Vinzelles area between Mâcon and Beaujolais, which Cécile and Philippe take care of in a natural and very committed way. The wines are vinified in the most natural way possible and the aging process on fine grains can reach 6 years in some wines. Philippe takes the necessary time for each wine and harvest and the wines have a very unique salinity and expression, in a more interiorized than fruity style, focused on the textures of the mouth and the revelation of the characters of the soil. Free and deep wines with great aging capacity and that explain the fame of a certain Burgundy.
