Flui Branco
Seminario, white Alicante and Seara Nova from Emanuel’s vineyards, on sandy clay soils. 50 per cent direct press and 50 per cent with 3 days of maceration in vats and ends fermentation in barrels, where it also ages for 11 months until the next harvest. It is bottled with a slight addition of sulphur dioxide beforehand and aged until the following spring.
