Tinta Barroca, Tinta Roriz, Tinto Cão, Touriga Nacional and Sousão. Deeper clay and quartz soil, dry and cool year. Total destemming, spontaneous fermentation in granite lagares with the skins breaking twice a day. Pressing before the end of fermentation. Ageing in cement vats for 10 months.
