Own vineyards in organic farming. Touriga Nacional, Sousão, Touriga Franca, schist soil, dry year. Total destemming followed by gentle crushing. Co-fermentation in granite mills. Post-fermentative maceration. Aged in light toasted Austrian oak barrels and barrels, mostly used, for 12 months. Wine not filtered or stabilized by the cold.
