Domaine Philippe Butin


In the 5 ha of vineyards, with 25% red strains of Trousseau, Poulsard and Pinot Noir and the rest of the white varieties Savagnin and Chardonnay, Philippe Butin maintains the familial tradition producing typical wines from the Jura, where reds are the spicy red fruit and one light and acidic structure give lively, sweet wines with great gastronomic aptitude while whites made from Savagnin develop a noble oxidation with floral and nutty aromas, in an intense aromatic profile and a long mouth. Wines outside current standards that deserve special attention from any self-respecting Goliardo.
