Varieties: 70% red grapes (Bastardo Preta and Negreda mainly), 30% white grapes (Malvasia, Bastardo Branco, Formosa etc.)
• Vineyards: 5 plots located in the villages of Junqueira and Matela
• Soil: alluvial
• Vinification: the grapes were incubated with the whole berry. The fruit was delicately extracted by pumping over and gently treading.
• Stage: 80% stainless steel vats and 20% used barrels
