40% red grapes (mainly Bastardo and Negreda), 60% white grapes (Malvasia, Bastardo Branco,Verdelho, Formosa etc.), vines from 5 plots located in the villages of Junqueira and Matela, with alluvial soil. The grapes were fermented 5days with the whole cluster. The fruit was delicately extracted by pumping over and gently treading. 7 month stage in 80% stainless stell tanks and 20% in used wood barrels.
