Menina d’Uva Ciste
Red wine made from white and red grapes (60% – 40%) of more than 15 autochthonous varieties, mainly Tinta Gorda, Malvasia, Bastardo Preta e Branco, Formosa e Verdelho from different plots between 60 and 80 years old on clay soils. The red and white grapes were co-fermented. Short 5-day whole bunch maceration, followed by foot treading and gentle pumping over. Press before the end of fermentation. Aged for 7 months, 80% in stainless steel vats and 20% in used oak barrels.
