Own vineyards of 100% Azal from the farm conducted in certified biodynamics in Felgueiras, near Amarante, lime soil at 400m. Natural winemaking, without the addition of sulfur, protected with chestnut flower. Pneumatic press without maceration. Fermentation with temperature control in stainless steel vat. Aging for 8 months with batonnage, without added sulfites and protected with Chestnut Flower. Unfiltered.
