100% Grenache from vines over 80 years old, on alluvial gravel of glacial origin, known as “galets roulés”, on the northern slopes of Crau. Whole bunch maceration for 8 to 10 days, without extraction. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in cement vats. No sulfur until bottling. Ageing in barrels of 1 to 3 wines on fine lees for 18 months. Bottled without fining or filtration.
