A blend of grape varieties with Gouveio, Viosinho, Rabigato, Malvasia Fina, Códega do Larinho, Boal, Syria and Arinto. 5 year old vineyards with schist soil. Direct pressing and fermentation in stainless steel vats for 11 months. No use of sulfur during the entire process. No filtering and gluing.
