Co-fermentation of the complete blend, composed by the grape varieties Gouveio, Viosinho, Arinto and Rabigato, among others, of their own vineyards, with 70% xist and 30% quartz soil. Dry, hot and early year. Fermentation and stage of part of the batch in used Austrian oak barrels.
