130-year old vines with mostly Jaen and 45 other autochthonous varieties from the region, such as Baga, Marufo, Tinta Pinheira and others. Biodynamic viticulture. Natural vinification with open-tub fermentation by infusion. Aged in 500l barrels for 18 months. Bottled in July, 2021.
