Field blend (130 year old vines) of 60% from Jaen and 40% from a blend of indigenous grape varieties from the region such as Baga, Marufo, Tinta Pinheira, among others. Difficult year with rain in April and sunburn in August. 1st year in biodynamic viticulture. Harvest made on September 23 rd 2018, fermentation with indigenous yeasts in a vat with little extraction. The wine then passed to a used 600L barrel, where it underwent malolactic fermentation until the following spring and aged for 18 months. The bottling was carried out in July 2020.
