Mix of years of 2019, 2020 and 2021. Touriga Nacional (60%), Tinta Roriz (30%) and 10% Syrah. Total distemming and fermentation in concrete tanks and stainless steel vats. Foot trodding with low extraction. Daily pigeage during alcoholic fermentation. Short maceration of 5/7 days. Partial aging for 12 months in stainless steel and used barrels.
