90% Tinta Gorda, 10% other traditional varieties (Uva de Rei, Moscatel Preta, Moscatel Roxo, etc.), vines from 6 plots located in the villages of Uva, Mora and Vale de Algoso, with schist and quartz soil. The grapes were fermented 5days with the whole berry. The fruit was delicately extracted by pumping over and gently treading. Aging in fiber vats.
