
Sr. Roubado tinto
Old vineyard of Tinta Pinheira, Baga, Trincadeira, Alfrocheiro, Jaen, Tinta Roriz, Touriga Nacional and Castelão, among others, at an altitude of 500m, with south-east exposure, on granite soils and some clay. Maceration for 10 days, soft press and ageing in used 500 litre barrels for 15 months, plus 6 months in stainless steel. Bottling in June 2024. The wine is produced mainly from the Baga variety from a vineyard planted in the 1940s, destemmed and aged in stainless steel for around a year.
