Own vineyards of 100% Azal. Natural winemaking, without the addition of sulfur, protected with chestnut flower. Pneumatic press without maceration. Fermentation with temperature control in stainless steel vat. Aging for 8 months with batonnage, without added sulfites and protected with Chestnut Flower. Unfiltered.
