Biodynamic viticulture, vines in granitic soil with 30 years with Encruzado, Bical and Cerceal varieties. Natural and careful winemaking, without sulphites until bottling. Vinification and aging without the addition of sulphites. 30% in used 600L barrels (demi-muid) + 70% in stainless steel.
