Châteauneuf du Pape VV blanc
Clairette and Bourboulenc come from vines with an average age of over 50 years, on alluvial gravel of glacial origin, known as “galets roulés”, in the north-facing town of Bois Sénéchaux. Direct vertical pressing, natural cold decanting, fermentation with indigenous yeasts and malolactic fermentation completed. Ageing in barriques for 16 to 20 months on fine lees. No sulfites were used before bottling.
