“O Escultor” Ladeiras curtimenta
Gouveio, Viosinho, Rabigato, Malvasia Fina, Códega do Larinho, Boal, Síria and others, from a single new schist vineyard, exposed to the east at an altitude of 510 metres. Macerated until halfway through fermentation, pressed and aged in stainless steel vats. Unfiltered and with no added sulphur.
