Salta Muros Tinto
Grapes from old vines, of the Rufete, Bastardo and other varieties. Destemmed and macerated for 8 days with a mixture of red (85%) and white (15%) grapes. After maceration, the wine aged in barriques for 10 months and then went into the bottle. No sulphur dioxide was added at bottling, only to the grapes after destemming.
