Old vines (50 years). Field blend of about 20 grape varieties with predominance of Siria, Fernão Pires, Encruzado, Cerceal and Bical in granitic soil. Mix of two complementary years: 2017 and 2018, in which the fermentation was more prolonged and the wine waited with the benefit of a longer stage of 2 to 3 years before bottling. Natural winemaking. Aging 70% in used barrels and 30% in stainless steel.
