30-year-old biodynamic vineyard in the foothills of Serra da Estrela with Encruzado, Cerceal and Bical. Vinification and ageing without the addition of sulphites. 20% in used 600 litre barrels (demi-muid) + 80% in stainless steel. Extremely dry year.
