Ferranpil (Fernão Pires) of a 45 years old vineyard, sandy and limestone soil. Harvest in late September, with hand picking. Soft crushing in 1000 liters vats and skin contact for 5 days with the stemms. Pressed and fermented in 400l wood barrels until bottling.
