Dominó Salão Frio
85 year old vineyards with an average altitude of 650m with granite and clay soils. Mixture of red and white varieties such as Grand Noir, Trincadeira, Aragonez, Castelão in reds and Arinto and Tamarez in whites. Maceration with the stems in stainless stee for 2 months. Gently pressed and aged in French oak barrels for 8 months
